Mon: 9.30am - 10.30am

Wed: 9.30am - 10.30am

Fri: 6.00pm - 7.00pm

No worries if you couldn't attend the live training, we have provided the workout buddy system for you to join the recap training with others, or even at your own flexible time! You may access the training videos anytime!
